House rules and booking policies

Check-in and checkout: check-in from 4:00 PM, checkout by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be possible for $35, depending on the cleaning schedule. Ask us; it can't be guaranteed in advance. We can't store luggage.

Pets: no pets. Service animals are welcome.

Card pre-authorization: one day before arrival, a $300 pre-authorization is placed on the card used to book. It is released after checkout. It is a hold, not a charge, unless there is damage or a rule breach.

Direct-booking terms: 10% off the nightly rate and a flat $120 cleaning fee. Payments are processed through Lodgify's secure checkout.

Payment and cancellation: Payment in full (100%) is taken at booking through Lodgify's secure checkout. Direct bookings are non-refundable once paid. The $300 card hold is separate and is released after checkout.

Accessibility: the apartments are not wheelchair accessible. Please email us before booking with any access questions.

Parking: a garage space in the building can be requested for compact cars only, $35 per night, subject to availability. SUVs and larger vehicles don't fit.

Check-in: self check-in. Arrival instructions are sent before your stay.
